Online monitoring system
Mainly used in gas analysis industry, the main testing occasions: gas boiler exhaust monitoring, pollution source online monitoring, flue gas emission, desulfurization and denitrification, boiler exhaust gas, sewage pipe gas detection and analysis, high temperature and high humidity gas detection and analysis. The main principle of nitrogen oxide online monitoring system is: The sampling unit collects the flue gas or the measured gas at the site, and the pretreatment unit cools, dehumidifies and filters the dust, and keeps the temperature and humidity of the measured gas within a certain range. The gas detection unit detects and analyzes the transported gas, displays the concentration of the measured gas on the display screen in real time, and transmits the data signal to the PLC or computer terminal. It can also be transmitted to various environmental protection bureaus or cloud servers through wireless GPRS(DTU) or the network, and the user can read the data from the server, which can achieve global networking monitoring and analysis. The whole process is automated and does not require human intervention.

The gas analysis unit can be built in or out of the case.

The standard sampling distance is 30 to 40 meters, and the optional vacuum pump sampling distance is more than 70 meters.

TH-2000-C standard pretreatment temperature is 600℃, higher temperature can be customized, TH3000 can pretreat flue gas at 2000℃.

Standard: 7-inch display, can be integrated to display various probe parameters and control other devices. Optional: No display window
